Dottee of Kodiak Alaska

Welcome to my Kodiak Page

I have just began redoing this new Cyber home at Fortunecity.

I want this page to share my hometown with people who are interested in Kodiak, the outlying villages, and Alaska from a lifelong Alaskan's life and experiences.
As you can see, this page is currently under construction. My main delay at the moment are the Beautiful graphics that need to be seen to be believed.
You will be entertained, for sure with some of the photos I have in my collection. Unique photos that I almost hesitated in putting out on the net.
They are in a catagory of being considered "rare" so please bookmark this page
and return. As this page progresses, I will be giving information on some of the photography so visitors can better
understand for example, not only what a Bonya is, but also what it looks like, and it's benefits.
I guess you can say that this is an "insider's peek" at village and town life from Territorial days
to the present.

Many times a person will obtain a different perspective on Alaska,
not found in tourist brochures.

I can identify with this in planning a visit to

Australia
and having friends there.

Feel very fortunate to have been born in that Beautiful town.

referred to as the Emerald Isle.
Which reallylives up to the name.

I will have links that will be

very beneficial to a person planning a trip here.

With my friend teddybear, we should do justice

to showing the world
this very neat place called

home!

Photos will tell the story

Although I am an avid gardener, obviously this rose was not taken

from my garden, however I have grown the largest

roses yet, this past summer. Unbelievably Large for

our Short growing season. The Moose also appreciate

the vegetable garden out back, and never hesitate

to make their own Salad Bar out of it. The photos

will prove that, so again, please stop back by. As I now live in
Anchorage, there are many folks here with many Moose tales
also, I just have been lucky enough to catch some unusual photos.
